Acceptance of Terms

By using ReceiptToSheet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

ReceiptToSheet is a web application that extracts data from receipt photographs and writes it to your Google Sheet. The service uses AI to read receipt images and is provided as-is.

Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for automated scraping or bulk processing beyond your plan limits
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the service

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials do not require a credit card.

Limitation of Liability

ReceiptToSheet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in OCR extraction, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
